Robert Smiths Secret Billion Dollar EFT Technique

This is so simple! He combines a little bit of NLP (neuro linguistic programming) with EFT (emotional freedom technique).

Let's get started!

Think about something that is bothering you.
(If it's a need to manifest more money click here)
(If it's a need to learn how to manifest faster click here)

Focus in on the feeling that the stress-er is causing.
If this is attached to a memory in your mind, close your eyes and visualize it.
Give it a stress measurement from 1-10.

Now...
Can you turn the volume up, or make it a little stronger in your mind? You can tell yourself to "turn the volume up".
Notice "where" in your body you are feeling this feeling at.
In front of you imagine that there is a tree. What happens to a tree when you pull it's roots out?

Take two fingers and say what I type out loud. You only have to tap on a few of the 8 spots to accomplish this.

Inner Eyebrow:I release and let go, all sadness's
Side of Eye: I release and let go all fears
Under Eye: I release and let go all emotional traumas
Under Nose: I release and let go all helplessness
Chin: I release and let go all hopelessness
Collarbone: I release and let go all stress and anxieties, and everything else. It is safe to let it go.


Grab your wrist, take a deep breath, hold it, blow it out and say "peace"
Now remember a peaceful time where you were laying on the beach, or hiking in the mountains.

Remember that feeling, memory and sensation that you felt
Do you still feel it?
Is it lessened from the time before? What is left?

Inner Eyebrow. Let it go
Side of Eye: Let it go
Under Eye: Release and let it go
Collarbone: It is safe to let it go

Grab your wrist and say, "I'm letting it go now"

Take a deep breathe, hold it, let it out, say, "peace".

Remember that feeling, memory and sensation that you felt before?
Do you still feel it?

Inner Eyebrow: Its safe to let it go
Side of Eye: This is my mind
Under Eye: This is my body
Collarbone: I release and let go of the stresses, and all of the sensations. It is safe to let it go now.


Grab your wrist, take a deep breath and say, "peace"

Is it still there?
If it is, feel it, is there a physical pain attached to this?
If it is gone, pick a new one

On to the next step
This time we are going to pretend like we are tapping, imagine that you are tapping between your eyes, beside your eyes, underneath your eyes, collarbone, in your mind grab your wrist and tell yourself inwardly,"let it go". Take a deep breathe and say, "peace".

Step back into that peaceful memory.

We did it mentally this time. Notice how it still changed.

All problems start inside of us, we create them with our thinking.
Do you feel peaceful? I want you to remember that you caused yourself to feel at peace and can do this again at any time. We can erase all feelings of pain, drama, or poverty at any time we choose just through EFT.
